An easy-drinking, refined sake that features a refreshing aroma of fresh banana and muscat grapes, and a delicate flavour. An intriguing sake with a sophisticated and timeless taste!

OUR TASTING NOTES: Juicy nose of fresh bananas and pears with creamy marshmallows. This is a soft, delicate and light sake followed by a distinct rice umami in the end. Perfect as an aperitif.

FOOD PAIRING: Pear and walnuts salad; prosciutto (San Daniele); shira-ae (spinach salad with tofu and sesame dressing)
