A special junmai sake, dry but surprisingly fragrant. Experience a richly full-bodied and acidic sake at first sip that gradually becomes incredibly dry, with a sharp finish.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Candied pear and juicy cantaloupe melon on the nose. It has a pronounced viscosity with balanced acidity, layered with sublime umami and pungent finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC)
