OUR TASTING NOTES: Gentle aromas of curry and fenugreek spices, onion broth, and a hint of nougat. Great harmony of sweetness, umami and acidity. Silky texture and complex flavours with a long nutty finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Butter chicken curry; sauteed halibut with brown butter sauce; artichoke with hummus; vegetables lasagna.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC), at room temperature, or warmed up (40-50 ºC)
