KEIGETSU Sparkling Sake Takumi -John-
The sparkling version of a junmai daiginjo sake, made with Gin no Yume rice from the Reihoku region in Kochi prefecture. It has been called John after the name of a friend of the head brewer, who suggested to him the idea of creating this particular sake.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Soft texture with transparency and airy mousse, accompanied by delicate bubbles. Juicy cantaloupe melon, fresh strawberry, yoghurt, a hint of vanilla on the nose. Finishing with balanced astringency.
FOOD PAIRING: Yellowtail carpaccio; gazpacho soup; freshly made cold tofu (hiyayakko).
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy as an aperitif well chilled (4-8 ℃).
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
