A refreshing sparkling sake that tastes like sweet-and-sour fruits. The flavour combines sweetness and umami, while the finish is light and dry. A great way to kick off a party! This sake undergoes a secondary bottle fermentation, just like champagne. The slightly cloudy look comes from the presence of fine rice grains and yeast.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Aromas of rice flour and mochi, with lactic creamy notes and a hint of soy sauce. On the palate, this light sake has the sweetness of lemon curd and lychees, and a bit of lemongrass.
FOOD PAIRING: Spicy jambalaya; sweet and sour prawns (ebi chiri); mochi ice cream.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC)
