This shochu was made from two different types of sweet potatoes, Kogane Sengan and Miyazaki Beni, and combining atmospheric and vacuum distillations. Its gentle and mild taste makes it easy to pair with almost every dish!

OUR TASTING NOTES: Herbaceous nose with rose petals, pear, peppermint and green olives. Cleansing, citrusy and smooth on the palate, with a touch of honey and fennel seeds.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy with ice or with a dash of soda.
