A junmai ginjo from the Char series, in which each sake is named after a comet and will hit your tasting buds like a shooting star!
This bottle uses the Nagano R yeast, which creates high levels of malic acid and gives the sake an extremely refreshing taste with a pleasant acidity.

COLOUR: Clear pale lemon green
OUR TASTING NOTES: Charming aromas of cinnamon bun, apple pie, banana ice cream. This sake has a velvety texture and a piquant acidity with baked apple flavour and winter spices.
FOOD PAIRING: Glazed pork ribs; Sunday roast; motsu nabe (beef or pork offal hot pot).
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)
