A bottle from the ★(Star) Series, whose name is taken from Fomalhaut, the brightest star of the Southern Pisces constellation.
This sake has been made as a kijoshu, which means that some of the water used in the process has been replaced by sake. This process makes it a great dessert sake with a distinct sweetness, although a light acidity still comes through.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Sweet aromas of fromage blanc and blueberry sauce. On the palate, balanced acidity with subtle sweetness of honey roasted nuts and papaya.
FOOD PAIRING: Vanilla ice cream (the brewers recommend using it directly as a topping); cheese cake; smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel.
