A pinch of the famous salt from the Noto peninsula adds on to the lemon juice of this sake to create a complex flavour.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Subtle citrus aroma with golden syrup, melissa and sweet sake lees. Very light sweet-and-salty sake with delicate lemon flavour without any sharp edge and plenty of sake umaminess, followed by a lime zest finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºc)
