This sake is made of 100% organic Gin no Yume rice grown in the Reihoku area of Kochi prefecture. Its taste reflects the pure natural environment in which it was created.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Fragrance of white grapes, passion fruits, elderflower, touch of sour cream. On the palate, pure and refreshing acidity with a touch of miso caramel and lime zest.
FOOD PAIRING: Lamb chop with mint sauce; tabouli; shiso & plum (ume) rolled pork.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ℃)
