A junmai ginjo, made with Yumesasara rice. Brewed with love in a small brewery, tucked away deep in the mountains of Tochigi prefecture.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Pronounced aromas of banana split (chocolate, banana, whipped cream) with a touch of cinnamon. Pleasant acidity and creamy finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Deep fried jerk chicken or jackfruits; aubergine cooked with miso (miso itame); deep fried oysters (kaki furai).
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12ºC)
