Okunoto no Shiragiku Kijoshu

Okunoto no Shiragiku Kijoshu
A kijoshu is made by replacing some of the water used in the sake making process with additional sake. The result is an incredibly intense sweetness, similar to that of pourriture wine and ice wine.
