This is a type of sake that pairs wonderfully with any food. Among the three varieties of rice used to brew it, the main part is played by Hattannishiki, an ideal variety for sake making from Hiroshima. The soft water used gives it also a smooth texture, while maintaining the distinctive flavours of rice and koji.

COLOUR: Pale lemon green

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate green nose for a clean and versatile sake with a dry finish. Ideal as an everyday drink for those who enjoys classic-style sakes. When warmed up, it becomes more umami-ful.

FOOD PAIRING: Sashimi platter; tofu salad; muhammara.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: It can be enjoyed at any temperature, from well chilled (4-8 ºC) to hot (50 ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
