Our ‘Impression’ Series was born out of a painstaking process of trial and error, to try and find a way to make a pasteurised sake which reproduces the characteristic aromas and flavours of a freshly pressed unpasteurised sake (namazake).
With a touch of pétillance from in-bottle fermentation, upon opening, these sake’s gorgeously fresh flavours dance on the palate, with each sake having its own unique taste.

Based on ZAKU Gen-no-Tomo from their standard range.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
