The 12am bottle from the Hinemos brand. 

This sake reveals a new level of sweetness, with a floral aroma and a honey-like smoothness on the palate, balanced with a light finish. The perfect sip after a long day! The pink colour, similar to that of rosé wine, is created by a type of polyphenol (called Anthocyanin) naturally present in rice.

OUR TASTING NOTES: On the nose, sweet notes of strawberries, rose petals jam, fudge. On the palate, elegantly sweet throughout, with notes of nectarine juice, strawberry jam, and a honey finish. 

FOOD PAIRING: Cheese board with cranberry sauce; trifles; blue cheese, rocket and poached pear salad.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy well chilled (4-8 ºC)

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
