Kanbara Junmai Ginjo “Bride of the Fox”
The name of the sake comes from the traditional local festival which re-enacts a wedding between foxes with a procession that runs through the whole town. Neither too sweet nor too dry, this junmai ginjo has a fragrant aroma and a full body rich in umami.

COLOUR: Clear pale lemon
OUR TASTING NOTES: Intense aroma with tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, lychee), coconut milk, sage and lotus flower. Medium body sake, spicy and ricey on the palate, with underlying coconut cream flavour followed by a clean finish.
FOOD PAIRING: The brewers recommend pairing it with yakitori (chicken skewers), hamburgers, salmon steaks. Try it also with grilled halloumi.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
