This original sparkling sake undergoes a secondary bottle fermentation, a similar process to that used in champagne production. Its taste balances the sweet flavour of sake with more elegant notes.

COLOUR: Clear pale lemon green

OUR TASTING NOTES: Rich and lively sparkling sake with characters of baked apple, persimmon, chocolate ice cream, sour cherries, malted cereal, umami and a finish of sweet spices. 

FOOD PAIRING: Pork or chicken Sunday roast; mushroom tagliatelle; kani-zu (crab with vinegar sauce). This bottle is a great companion for festive meals. 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (4-8 ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
