A multi-award winning gin from The Ethical Spirits & Co. that features the perfect combination of a sake lees based spirit with various types of botanicals. The lees are created and distilled at Chiyomusubi Sake brewery, Tottori prefecture.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Its intense aroma combines sweet and woody scents with lavender, subtle citrus, herbs and spices notes. Its taste is well balanced with a unique blend of cardamom, pink peppercorn, citrus flavours and Sichuan pepper on the finish. Enjoy the delicate taste of juniper berries following each sip.
FOOD PAIRING: Moroccan curry; mapo tofu.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy as a sonic (half tonic, half soda water) or with tonic water

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
