The beautiful, shining golden colour of this sake is a result of its long ageing process. Its soothing, nutty aroma matches the flavour, which spreads on the palate to create a sense of tasting the gentle flow of time. This sake combines the sophisticated qualities of a ginjo with the intensity and depth of an aged sake.

TYPE: Aged ginjo sake (koshu) 

COLOUR: Clear pale gold

OUR TASTING NOTES: Elegantly matured sake, similar to a dry Amontillado sherry. Gentle nose of fresh mushroom, leather, freshly grinded coffee, apple puree. It has clean acidity and lingering nutty and astringent finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Salt-seasoned yakitori (chicken skewers); grilled padron peppers; onion soup.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC) or at room temperature

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
