“awa before dawn" is a special sake – the still (base) sake before the secondary fermentation of our core product, Classic awa. This is a Junmai Muroka Nama Genshu style (unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted), with 50% Rice Koji – more than double the amount generally used in standard sake production.

Flavour Profile: Strawberry, lychee, and honeysuckle on the nose. On the palate, it is refreshing and light with a subtle acidity with a juicy mouthfeel complemented by hints of tropical fruits. Notably, the gentle sweetness is balanced by a refreshing tartness reminiscent of tropical acidity, resulting in a smooth and juicy drinking experience characterised by a light and vibrant profile.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
