The perfect expression of Azumatsuru Brewery sake: a junmai full of rice umami with a smooth taste and a neat finish. Its characteristics make it a versatile option to pair with just about every type of food!

 

TYPE: Junmai sake

COLOUR: Pale lemon

OUR TASTING NOTES: Mellow nose of banana, soy sauce, milk chocolate. Medium body, soft yet rich in texture and umami. When warmed up, more juicy umami comes through.

FOOD PAIRING: Versatile sake which harmonises well with a range of foods. Black cod saikyo miso; grilled chicken; stir fried vegetables.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC) or warmed up (40-50 ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
