An unpasteurised junmai ginjo with an incredibly intense acidity. Uniquely brewed to emulate the characteristics of a red wine. This sake was brewed with black koji, usually used for shochu. 

TYPE: Junmai ginjo unpasteurised (nama) sake

COLOUR: Pale lemon 

OUR TASTING NOTES: Apple strudel, ripe banana and bubblegum with hints of cashews on the nose. Juicy medium-sweet sake with satsuma and sugarcane juice flavours, complemented with condensed milk notes and followed by a cinnamon and allspice finish.  

FOOD PAIRING: Kakuni (glazed pork belly); pork and apple sauce sausages; vegetable samosa.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
