The Ethical Spirits & Co’s very first gin. A sake lees-based gin distilled with wasted cacao husk, derived from the chocolate-making process. The sake lees are provided by Hiraizumi Honpo brewery (Akita prefecture).

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate nose of orangette and orange cake. The ginjo aroma that derives from the sake lees base imparts the gin a pronounced nose of pineapple and a vibrant sweetness on the palate. The cacao husk adds a woody, roasty sweetness to the aroma and a distinct chocolate flavour.
FOOD PAIRING: Chocolate board.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy with a delicate tonic or try it in an orange chocolate Negroni.
