A junmai daiginjo from the Char series, in which each sake is named after a comet and will hit your tasting buds like a shooting star!

Bennett combines an intense and fruity aroma with the sweetness of rice and with a clear taste that lacks any sharp edges. The brewers only bottled the most premium portion (nakadori) from the sake pressing process to ensure the most refined quality.

TYPE: Junmai daiginjo undiluted sake (genshu)

OUR TASTING NOTES: This sake has fruit bouquet flavours of honeydew melon, papaya, fresh fig and osmanthus flowers. A juicy junmai daiginjo with a clean and pure finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Melon and Parma ham; baked camembert; beef tataki.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12ºC) and room temperature

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
