The first bottle from the Char series, in which each sake is named after a comet and will hit your tasting buds like a shooting star!

Halley is a smooth junmai sake with a gentle rice aroma, a juicy umami and a nice acidity. It’s bottled directly after the pressing without being first collected in another container, to reduce the exposure to oxygen and retain all its freshness.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
