An innovative sparkling sake born from the combination of 150 years of experience in traditional sake making with the newest technologies. Perfect to celebrate special occasions, as well as a great pair for food. Its name SORAH ("sky") reflects the clear and serene beauty of an aurora.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Gentle fragrance of mint, physalis and botanicals. Light and gentle mousse texture, with transparency and a balanced acidity, followed by a cleansing delicate finish of grapefruit zest. This sake makes a great aperitif.
FOOD PAIRING: Fresh oysters; salmon tartare; kohlrabi salad with vinaigrette.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC)
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
