This is an innovative Awamori, crafted using a unique mango-derived yeast developed by Chuko Distillery in collaboration with the Tropical Techno Center and the National Okinawa Industrial High Technology School. This first-of-its-kind spirit is distinguished by its use of wild yeasts isolated from local fruits and flowers, with the yeast from mango fruit selected for its superior qualities. The mango yeast enhances the Awamori with a vanilla-like aroma due to high levels of vanillin, ten times more than found in traditional Awamori, intensifying the sweet scent as it ages. This complex and evolving flavor profile promises a rich and aromatic experience.

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
