A barley shochu with sweet aroma, smooth texture, and rich taste, made by incorporating the traditional shochu-making process with that of junmai daiginjo sake.

OUR TASTING NOTES: On the nose, chocolate and orange pasty with manuka honey, walnut and nutmeg. Creamy sweetness of marmalade, sweet spices and agave syrup. A shochu full of festive flavours!
FOOD PAIRING: Minced pies; daifuku mochi. The distiller recommends pairing it with tart or lightly savoury dishes.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy with ice, soda or water. Perfect as a digestif.
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
