One of Miyoshikiku’s three special releases for MIRAI SAKE INTERNATIONAL.
An easy-drinking, subtly sweet junmai ginjo made with Yamadanishiki rice. Radically unconventional, this sake can appeal to anyone! The character on the label is Cutie Honey, protagonist of the manga named after her and published in 1973-74.
TYPE: Junmai ginjo undiluted sake (genshu)
COLOUR: Clear pale lemon
OUR TASTING NOTES: Sweet aromas of candied lemon, hazelnuts, and manuka honey. This sake has a distinctive high acidity with a light body, paired with yeasty and bready characteristics.
FOOD PAIRING: Vegetables tempura; goat cheese; canapes. The brewers recommend pairing it with Western style dishes that use a lot of cream or ketchup.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC)
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
