The umami and sharpness of this sake make it an excellent match for dishes with robust flavours. It is also great warmed up, allowing the subtler tastes to shine through without becoming too alcoholic. Received a gold medal at the 2020 Japan Kan Sake Award, a competition for hot sake.

The name "Gen" implies depth and complexity. It is inspired by the "Record of Linji," a compilation of teachings from the Zen master Linji Yixuan of the Tang dynasty.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
