This Junmai Daiginjo-shu is brewed using Tengumai's unique Yamahai Sake Mother method, which brings out the full flavor of the rice. Enjoy the mellow, crisp flavor of the Yamahai brewing process. It is also ideal as a ginjo-shu with food. It is a Junmai-shu with a rich personality, harmonized with the rich aroma and acidity characteristic of Yamahai-brewing.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
