Yuzu juice from Tokushima Prefecture and sake, which is loaded with flavor, are used in the base. The rich, fresh aroma of the yuzu, which has been exposed to plenty of sunlight, is a distinctive feature of this sake. The flavor is slightly dark and soft, with a crisp, easy-to-drink finish. It can be served straight, on the rocks, hot, with water or carbonated water, added to noodle soup or dressings, or made into a sorbet.
