A junmai daiginjo with the distinctive refreshing style of the Hagi no Tsuru brand. It features a charming fruity aroma with a delicately rich taste.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Sweet nose of white peach, strawberry, cotton candy. Creamy and pure flavour with green apple, young pear, and a hint of elderflower notes, followed by citrus fruits and spicy drying finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Char-grilled prawns; karashi-sumiso vegetables; macaroon
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC)
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
