The 1am bottle from the Hinemos brand.
A mellow dry sake with a soft aroma. The distinctive sake umami smoothly spreads around the palate, while the acidity shows up in the finish and balances the flavour.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Subtle steamed rice, white flowers and a touch of spices (cumin, paprika) on the nose. Soft and light off-dry sake with gentle notes of ripe banana, grapefruit skin and a zesty finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Bresaola served with wild rocket and parmesan shaves; beans and white onion salad dressed with lemon juice. The brewers recommend pairing it with a Japanese-style curry.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
