The 9pm bottle from the Hinemos brand.
This sake has a fruity aroma of pineapple and pears that also lingers on the palate. The soft taste is rich in sweetness and umami, with an astringent acidity cleaning the palate in the aftertaste. Pairs best with meat dishes or recipes that use plenty of butter or cream.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Beautiful aromas of fresh pineapple, baked apple and hints of honeysuckle and violet. On the palate, elegant and well balanced sake with smooth texture, flavours of creamy pears and a finish with nice astringency of cacao nibs.
FOOD PAIRING: Chocolates truffles; scallops carpaccio; beets salad.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
