A highly refreshing sake, thanks to its aroma of tart fruits and herbs. An overall dry sake with a sourness that continues in the aftertaste.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Gentle nose of apple flowers, citrus fruits, rice flour and spices. This is an off-dry sake with a pleasant bitterness. Recommended for beer and ale lovers!

FOOD PAIRING: Meat pie dishes with mash; stuffed padron peppers. 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
