Brewed using white koji, this sake has a very unique acidity that is reminiscent of citrus fruits. Slightly fizzy and lower in ABV, this is the perfect aperitif for those looking for a fun, sweet and tangy sake.

TYPE: Sake

TASTING NOTES: Refreshing aromas of lemon and lime. On the palate, the slight fizz and fruity notes combined with a little sweetness and citrusy bitterness makes it very easy drinking.

FOOD PAIRING: Great with any dish with lemon or lime juice, such as kebab or salsa.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
