The 3am bottle from the Hinemos brand. 

A great starting point for those looking to explore the world of aged and matured sake. Brewed using a blend of sake and wine yeasts, then finished in Japanese cedar barrels, this sake has both the richness of aged sake as well as pleasant woody notes.

TYPE: Aged Sake

TASTING NOTES: Pleasant aromas of cereals, smoke and cedar. There is distinct richness and umami on the palate but not overpowering, and good acidity gives a dry finish. 

FOOD PAIRING: Fantastic with smoked meats, cheese and nuts. Also recommended as a digestif with dark chocolate. 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled to room temperature (8-18ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
