This exquisite "Hiraizumi Yamahai Junmai Maruhi" sake surprises the palate with its unique flavor profile, crafted using Association No. 77 yeast. Known for its high malic acid content and intense acidity, this yeast merges with the Yamahai brewing method to evoke a white wine-like experience. The result is a complex, fruity, and well-balanced sake that delights with every sip, perfect for those who appreciate nuanced and unconventional tastes.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Refreshing fragrance of green apple, marshmallow and yoghurt. On the palate, it has a distinctive Chardonnay-like acidity with lactic notes and citrus fruits, with complex earthy finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Caesar salad; daikon nimono (simmered dish); grilled squid.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC)

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
