This bottle is a blend of a junmai sake polished to 55% and a junmai sake made with the traditional yamahai method. The result is a drink with body and umami.

COLOUR: Clear pale lemon
OUR TASTING NOTES: Restrained aroma of kaffir lime, cappuccino, creme fraiche and hints of vanilla and raisins. Medium body sake with milk and honey flavours and a touch of soy sauce and nuts.
FOOD PAIRING: Pasta with cream and mushrooms; soboro don (rice bowl with ground chicken and scrambled eggs).
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12ºC) or warmed up
