This Junmai Daiginjo was crafted using "Gohyakumangoku" rice and local rice from the Tohoku region. This sake offers a delicate, clear, and vibrant taste profile, perfected to highlight its sophistication. The flavour is a harmonious blend of sharpness typical of Junmai Daiginjo with the richness and concentration that belies its 15% alcohol content, which is higher than most wines. This creates a robust and voluminous feel in each sip.

TYPEJunmai Daiginjo

OUR TASTING NOTES: Tropical aromas of pineapple meddling with Koji notes, with a funky character and a touch of anise. The texture is soft and on the palate this off-dry Junmai Daiginjo will present some fresh pastry notes, a ricey tone and a hint of anise, finishing with a good length contoured by a touch of spiciness.

FOOD PAIRING: Versatile Daiginjo, It pairs well with sushi, fish and white meat dishes.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:  Serve well chilled (4-8ºC).
