The perfect bottle for wine drinkers. The tickling bubbles are natural and come from a second bottle fermentation (like that of Champagne). This sake greatly combines a silky texture with depth of flavour and a crisp dryness.

COLOUR: Hazy with light lees

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate aroma of green pear and honeysuckle with hints of rice flour. On the palate, consistent mousse with alternating layers of grapefruit, rhubarb, hibiscus tea and a gentle honey sweetness, followed by dry and clean finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Canapes; Caesar’s salad; kaki furai (fried oysters).

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
