Brewers at Imayo Tsukasa developed this bottle thinking of a flavour profile that would pair perfectly with oysters and shellfish. While showing all the typical features of a sake, it also has a juicy acidity and it tastes sweet-and-sour like a white wine. Its lower ABV makes it an easy entry to the world of sake. 

TYPE: Junmai sake

COLOUR: Clear water white

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate nose of brioche, cream cheese and nutmeg. Medium dry sake with moderate acidity with green apple, fresh pears, grapes, hints of yuzu and cinnamon finish. 

FOOD PAIRING: The brewers recommend pairing it with oysters. You can use also seitan or oyster mushroom as vegetarian options.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC) 

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
