Umami and lightness: these are the words that best describe this sake. A light and tasty junmai daiginjo, with plenty of rice umami and crispiness.
TYPE: Junmai daiginjo sake
OUR TASTING NOTES: On the nose, yellow kiwi, strawberry, papaya, white flowers, touch of clove. Medium-body and ricey sake with sweet notes of condensed milk, dried guava and quince jam.
FOOD PAIRING: Balsamic glaze onions; prawn toast; pork ginger.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC) or at room temperature.
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
