A smooth sake in which the typical aroma of the ginjo style is more gentle, but that unveils rich flavours and a distinct rice umami.

TYPE: Junmai ginjo sake

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate aromas of panna cotta, poached pear, lime.
Soft texture with the flavours of the nose and finish with lingering rice umami. 

FOOD PAIRING: Horenso no gomaae (spinach with sesame dressing); hummus; blini with caviar and cream cheese. 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC), at room temperature, or warmed up (35-45ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
