It is brewed with original No. 7 yeast from home-polished rice grown in Nagano Prefecture. The aroma is gentle, centered on rice aromas like cooked rice and forest-like cypress aromas. A faint smoky nuance, like that of straw burning, is added to the aroma. The full, mellow mouthfeel is followed by a harmonious blend of acidity and umami, leading to a calm, lingering finish.
