Yamadanishiki polished to 48% of rice is used. It is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu with a strong flavor that expresses the true flavor of the rice. It is characterized by a deep flavor with width and thickness, with low acidity. The smoothness and aroma of this sake are also very appealing, making it a sake to be enjoyed slowly.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
