Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with No. 7 yeast. The nose gently evokes fresh melon and white flowers. In the mouth, mild sweetness and smooth acidity spread out, and the latter half continues into a supple aftertaste. The soft and light mouthfeel, reminiscent of cloth, is balanced with the powerful flavor of the rice, which reminds us that this is a natural product.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
