This sake is a blend of a 10 year aged sake with an 18 year old sake. An immediate soft tartness is experienced upon first sip, quickly displaced by a juicy and smoky umami that envelops the palate entirely. The aftertaste is lingering and develops the taste even further.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Rich aromas of Marmite, yeast, broth and coffee. Intense flavours of sweet spices and dried fruits, savoury and forever-long finish of beeswax and moka.

FOOD PAIRING: Charcuterie board; matured cheese; squid ink pasta.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve at room temperature

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
