This unfined (non-charcoal fined) sake is made entirely from Miyamanishiki rice, cultivated in the Koga region in Shiga prefecture. This is the pasteurised version of a previously released unpasteurised bottle, and shows a bolder flavour profile.

TYPE: Unfined (muroka) ginjo undiluted sake (genshu)

COLOUR: Pale lemon green

OUR TASTING NOTES: Oaky nose with vanilla, woody and caramel notes and a hint of cashew nuts. Creamy yet refreshing flavours of juicy wintermelon and vanilla, with coriander and herbal finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC)

FOOD PAIRING: Spanakopita; congee; rice pudding.

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
